Donating stocks, bonds, or mutual funds that you have owned for a year or more to The Mother Church is a great way to save income tax and capital gains tax.
Instructions for Donating Stock
1. Please provide us with the following information by phone (800-288-7155 ext. 3288) or e-mail at philanthropy@csps.com:
- Donor’s name, address, and phone number
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Broker contact information
- The date you plan to transfer the securities
- Fund designation (General Fund, Endowment Fund, Monitor Operating Fund)
2. Please provide the following Electronic Delivery Instructions (DTC) to your stock broker:
