Appraisal and environmental issues for gifts of tangible personal property
Details of the transfer and gift acceptance process
In order to give you the most accurate information, we will need you to share the following information.
The type of asset you propose to contribute and an estimate of its current value
Your basis in the item
Whether a sale of the item is currently pending
Your interest in receiving lifetime income from yourself or for loved ones
